Jordy is an Instructor of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in the Renal, Electrolyte, and Hypertension Division. Her primary research interest is the interplay between hypertension, metabolic syndrome, and chronic kidney disease. She mainly works with longitudinal data analyses modeling time-varying exposures and confounders, and using causal inference methodologies. She also performs prospective studies evaluating the relationship between body composition and measures of vascular phenotypes.
